Our Experienced Team

Olga Venosa has an MA Degree in Economics Finance. She studied at the University of Bari (Italy), University of Cantabria (Spain), University of Santiago USACH (Chile). She awarded a NanoDegree for AI Python programming, and a NanoDegree for AI Algo trading.

She also has further professional qualifications with the FCA for approved investment professionals.

She has worked as a financial professional for a variety of organisations buy side, sell side, and insurance: SEI Investments, Bank of New York Mellon, Man Group, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, HSBC, Credit Suisse, UBS, Aviva. She was the Director of Olve Risk for 6 years, and in 2017 she founded We Are Stronger Charity registered in Italy, England, and Wales; since then she has been acting as Chair of Trustees and CEO.

She is an Advisory Board member of Cpayant and Unikorrn fintech start ups.

In November 2021 she won the Talented Young Italian Award given by the Italian Chamber of Commerce UK, with the cooperation of Italian Embassy in London and Talented Italian Association UK, as best young entrepreneur in Italy and UK. In September 2022 she won the Apulian Award for her work with the organisation in Italy and UK. In July 2024 she won the "Best Mentor Award" for better advising tech start ups on Blockdojo blockchain start ups incubator programme. In July 2024 she won with her We Are Stronger Charity the Best Non Profit 2024 UK Award.

She also was involved in SME classroom teaching and one to one Business Coaching for Start Up, Strategy, Human Resources for a project released by the Italian Consulate and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Her holistic approach made her successful in each area she has had experience in: analytics (models, methodologies, data science), business development, fundraising, strategy, reporting, change and more.
