​Olga Venosa is a senior financial services professional with with over 15 years experience across Risk Management, Front Office, and Strategic Advisory, supporting global institutions in enhancing performance, governance, and sustainable growth.

She holds an MA in Economics and Finance from the University of Bari, with international studies in Risk Management and Banking at the University of Cantabria and the University of Santiago de Chile, complemented by advanced qualifications in AI, data analytics, and algorithmic trading.

She additionally gained professional qualifications with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) to undertake FCA-approved investment roles.

Recognised for her expertise in risk management, portfolio construction, analytics, governance, and regulatory engagement. Her career spans leading mandates in global institutions including UBS, Credit Suisse, HSBC, Aviva, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Bank of New York Mellon, Man Group, and SEI Investments, where she consistently delivered strong risk-adjusted performance, developed and validated quantitative models and risk methodologies, strengthened governance frameworks, and supported complex cross-border trading strategies and structured deals.

As former Director of Olve Risk and Founder of OlvEvolve Advisory, Olga advises financial institutions, fintechs, and investment firms on risk management, strategy, capital optimisation, and sustainable growth. She is also a Board Advisor to innovative fintech companies and actively supports venture and accelerator programmes.

In 2017, she founded the We Are Stronger Charity, serving as Chair of Trustees and CEO. Under her leadership, the organisation expanded internationally and received multiple awards for social impact and governance excellence.

Olga has been recognised with several international honours, including the Talented Young Italian Award, the Apulian Award, Best Mentor Award, and Best UK Non-Profit Award, reflecting her contribution to entrepreneurship, education, and institutional development.

In parallel with her financial career, she is a certified business, executive, and life coach and a member of the Association for Coaching UK. She has led multidisciplinary teams of coaches, psychologists, and educators to deliver high-impact leadership, resilience, and anti-violence programmes.
